If you are here reading this site I can assume that you are either considering, or have just recently quit smoking. After 20 years I decided that it was time for me to do the same thing.
I am 37 years old, and it will never get any easier for me to quit smoking and get in shape. I have always had this really insane idea of running a marathon before I was 40. No time like the present huh?
I am very experienced in quitting. I think that I have quit smoking (minimum 2 days) at least 20 times since my non-smoking wife and I got married over 10 years ago. As Thomas Alva Edison said:"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work."
So as I research and try out new things I will pass them along on this website. It is something to help keep me busy so I am not thinking about "you know what" and perhaps I can help somebody else.
